The app licence

Dozi is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to it; where they conflict, the EULA applies.

Purchases and free trials

Dozi is free to download and offers a free trial. Prices and plans are shown in the App Store before you buy and are charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Not a medical or safety device

Dozi is a video and audio monitor. It does not monitor breathing, heart rate, oxygen levels or movement and is not a medical device. It cannot prevent sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) or any other harm, and it does not replace adult supervision or safe sleep practices.

Connection and availability

Dozi depends on your devices, their battery, their permissions and your Wi-Fi network. Video, audio and alerts can be delayed or interrupted, for example if the network drops, a device runs out of battery, or iOS stops the app. Check the connection status regularly and do not rely on Dozi as your only way of watching your child.

Acceptable use

Only use Dozi to monitor spaces and people you are entitled to monitor, and follow the laws on recording and privacy where you live.
